BISHOP ERIC LLOYD
For over two decades, Bishop Eric Lloyd has uncompromisingly
preached the Word of God, crossing the boundaries of denomination,
countries, and even race. This ex-gang member and small time hustler
has become one of the most sought-after speakers of this
generation.
Bishop Lloyd served faithfully under Bishop-Elect
Michael T. Martin of Gospel Tabernacle Church of the Apostolic
Faith, Inc. before receiving and accepting his call from God to start
Rhema International Church in November of 1998.
Bishop Lloyd has a tremendous passion for God's Word coupled with a
love for God's people. His aim is to develop a strong congregation by
strengthening weak families. Bishop Lloyd is also a devout family man.
He and his lovely wife, Evangelist Shenita L. Lloyd have been
married for over twenty one years and have five wonderful
children. He is a successful businessman, the owner of Lloyd &
Lloyd’s LLC, Dean of Education for Lloyd's Theological School of
Ministry, founder of the Edge Christian Light Club, president & CEO
of the Edge Records, and the Presiding Bishop and Founder of
Exousia Worldwide Fellowship of Churches, Inc. This great
Pentecostal movement (EWFC) consists of several churches
throughout the United States, the United Kingdom, Africa, Ireland,
and Canada.
Bishop Lloyd has received certificates of appreciation from several
Mayors and has been honored by the Detroit and Warren City
Councils for his many community and leadership accomplishments.
In 2010 Bishop Eric Lloyd was one of four ministers in the entire state
of Michigan that was honored by Rev. Jesse Jackson and the
Rainbow PUSH Coalition. Bishop Lloyd is a hard working visionary,
entrepreneur, song writer, producer, graphic designer, business
consultant, community activist, philanthropist, humanitarian, and a
member of the Sex Education Advisory Council for the Macomb
County Van Dyke School District in Warren, Michigan.
Bishop Lloyd's life and ministry has touched the hearts of countless
individuals via worldwide television, radio, the internet, and
Christian publications. Bishop Lloyd is the author of a bestselling book
titled From Vision to Manifestation.
For many years Bishop Lloyd has encouraged his congregation to
declare “From Vision to Manifestation” and to believe God for it.
His vision was to build or purchase a facility that will house the
sanctuary of Rhema International Church; which will include several
offices, a family life center, elementary school, daycare program, the
headquarters for EWFC, Lloyd's theological school of ministry campus
and a daily Food Bank. The first phase of the vision has finally come
to pass. In 2014 Bishop Lloyd and Rhema International Church
purchased an 8000 square feet multifunctional facility in
Warren, MI.
This is one of many properties purchased by the Lloyd’s
and this great congregation since 2001.
Finally, Bishop Lloyd is just a humble servant of our Lord Jesus
Christ. His desire is to do the will of God with all of his might.
